Description of Changes
Initial Release.
Updated TO-220AB by adding - Note: "P" in
assembly line position indicates "Lead-Free"
Updated the following part markings to add the -
Note: "P" in assembly line position indicates "Lead-
Free" and generate an independent part marking
drawings for each of the following packages: TO-
220AB , TO247AC, TO-220 FullPak as Lead-Free
part marking drawing.
Updated TO-252AA (D-Pak) part number on the part
marking drawing from IRFU120 to IRFR120 per Tim
McDonald and Andreas Grothues.
Updated the document to include Section I and II
where Section I pertains to part marking drawings that
will be released to the Web and Section II are the part
marking drawings to be used in generating current
datasheets.
