Depending on the level of protection required, the developer can choose between HITFET and SPEED TEMPFET.
S P E E D T E M P F E T provides the first level of protection with its temperature sensor. The sensor is available on
external pins to enable FAST switching and flexible temperature response control.
H I T F E T provides a higher level of protection with overtemperature, short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage and ESD.
