Features
• Low “on” resistance (30% less than DIII Series
for same die area), P ch/N ch complementary
• Low driving voltage
Main Applications
• DC/DC converter
Notebook PCs, wordprocessors, games, etc.
• Compact motor drive
4 V: for direct driving of microcomputers and TTL
Copiers, printers, FAX, etc.
2.5 V: for battery-driven (3 V) systems
• Automotive
• Strongly resistant to load surges (avalanche)
Relays, solenoid drives, power steering,
• Built-in diode highly resistant to diode breakdown
power mirror, ABS inverter, etc.
• Other uses
Power tools, radio-controlled model motors,
diode substitute, etc.
